This episode is a tribute to my new life. Five years ago, at 2 a.m. on October 31st, my husband passed away.
As I reflected on this experience and what I wanted to share, I thought about all the things I’ve learned and worked on over the last five years that have shaped me into who I am today, and that’s what I want to talk about. Of course, there have been times that felt impossibly difficult, and if you’ve experienced grief, you know that it’s not a linear process, but I’m grateful to have found my way here and learned what I’ve learned along the way.
Wherever brings you to this episode, I hope that my experience can offer you some comfort and encouragement to keep moving forward.
