You are not a wedding planner, DJ, florist, or caterer. You are first and foremost a business owner, which means you have to do business owner things. You might not enjoy dealing with the business side of things, but it’s your responsibility to make sure that your business is running smoothly.
Remember the 8 CEOs? Those are the “business owner things” that you need to be staying on top of. This episode is a recap of some of the tasks you need to be reviewing in your business and why it’s so important to put your role as business owner first.
